Lead Interactive Designer
Job Summary:
The Lead Interactive Designer (LID) works to develop user experiences that meet the business requirements of web design and other interactive design projects. This includes the creation of design concepts, schematics, layouts, and finished designs that can be handed off to the Development team. The LID must be proficient in many of the industry-standard desktop design tools, and can demonstrate experience in desktop audio, video, and animation applications. High knowledge of Usability best practices, working knowledge of Web 2.0 design concepts, understanding of mobile marketing/advertising, as well as an understanding of Search Engine Optimization are also required.
Essential Duties
- Works to produce superior interactive user experiences
- Completes projects within allocated budgets/timelines
- Assigns work to resources as needed

- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by President
