Ask 10 people about "integrated marketing," and you'll likely get 10 alternate phrases for it, including "relationship marketing" and "one-to-one marketing." Then ask for a definition, and you'll certainly get more answers. To many, a marketing campaign is integrated if all of the elements have the same "look and feel." To others, integrated marketing means using multiple channels to surround customers, providing incremental value with each of those channels. But the customer — the most important element in this equation — is often lost. The customer is at the heart of our philosophy. By these standards, we believe that our agency and our approach are unique.
