One thing that makes the online world so exciting is the fast pace of technological innovation. From computers and operating systems, to browsers and Web connectivity, to servers and development tools, changes anywhere along this chain create new challenges and new communications opportunities.
How, then, do we consistently excel in a medium characterized by so much flux?
At GráficaInter.active, we have a business-focused and technology-agnostic philosophy and process that guide our efforts.
The GráficaInter.active Philosophy
The GráficaInter.active Philosophy defines how we approach online communications challenges how we approach complex problems and break them down into their primary components. One of our fundamental beliefs is that superior online communications result from the proper blend and consideration of the following components:

What are these components?
Content
The content is the message, the information being presented and (hopefully) absorbed. The content can be as simple as a press release or as complex as a relational, multilingual, multimedia database.
Structure
The structure is the way in which the content is organized. This structure may mimic a generally accepted structure (such as chapters in a book) or something more complex (such as the branches of a family tree). Most importantly, the structure must be something that users can quickly figure out and use to surf through the content.
Presentation
The presentation is how the content and structure are brought to life on screen. It's the graphics, photos, logos, etc. It is also the navigation system and decisions related to how much content and structure should be placed on a particular screen.
Together, content, structure, and presentation create the elusive "user experience." How do we put these components together? Read on...
The GráficaInter.active Process
The GráficaInter.active Process is our way of ensuring that all projects are driven by clearly articulated business objectives and then executed to measure and meet those objectives. A hybrid of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Prototyping models, the GráficaInter.active Process blends together strategic, creative, and technical disciplines, balancing the three components while encouraging new thinking and innovation along the way.
It is our way of ensuring continued, repeatable success.
