John Puglionisi co-founded GráficaGroup with Debra Taeschler in 1986, and he has actively
participated in every account since then. His creative philosophy and talents established
GráficaGroup's unique creative vision and, ultimately, its reputation as one of the metro
area's premier graphic design, direct mail, and advertising agencies. In his role as Vice President,
Creative Director, John brings a diversity of design and creative experiences to a team of talented,
young Art Directors, Copywriters, and Web Designers.

Before co-founding GráficaGroup, John was an Associate Creative Director at Landmark Associates
and a Senior Art Director at RZA Advertising, where he was responsible for the accounts of such clients
as BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, Subaru, Alfa Romeo, AT&T, Lucent, Seton Hall University, and
Fairleigh Dickinson University.
