Digitals cameras. Thirty-five millimeter film. Box cameras. Tripods. The office of John Puglionisi may tempt visitors to say cheese.

This is no dark room and the only flash stems from the idea bulb over his head.

The vice president of creative at GraficaGroup in Chester, a.k.a. "the camera buff," relies on has vast collection for inspiration.

"They give my office a museum-ish quality," he said.

The camera collection, courtesy of flea markets, garage sales or "accidental finds," affords colleagues and clients a view of his passion outside of work. The poster of Alfred Eisenstaedt and framed black and white prints taken by Puglionisi further adds to the ambiance. Then there's the Special K and breakfast bars.

"I'm a gadget guy," he said. "I'm also the creative guy. They know when I go to a meeting that I won't wear a tie."

The restrooms are identified with Ken and Barbies, and the lunchroom, or "bistro," boasts a dartboard.

"Anything to encourage out-of-the-box thinking," said Debra Taeschler, founder, president and CEO of GraficaGroup.
