PSEG Picks Gráfica as Direct Marketing Agency of Record
Chester, New Jersey (August 29, 2000) — Today, Gráfica, Inc., announced that PSEG has named the Chester-based, integrated, customer relationship management (CRM) marketing shop as its Direct Marketing Agency of Record. The announcement solidifies a longstanding relationship between PSEG and Gráfica, an eCRM advertising agency that has created numerous marketing programs and managed a variety of direct-mail/direct-response campaigns for the state's leading utilities company since 1997.
Gráfica's holistic approach to managing the customer relationship for PSEG will be focused on positioning WorryFree as a cost-effective solution for appliance repairs.
