Gráfica Launches First Full-Service eCRM Advertising Agency: Gráfica.eCRM Corp.

New company provides technology-enabled, one-to-one marketing solutions based on customer information collected within enterprise databases

Chester, New Jersey (October 2, 2000) — Gráfica, Inc., today announced the incorporation of Gráfica.eCRM Corp., the first full-service, enterprise customer relationship management (eCRM) advertising agency. Gráfica.eCRM Corp., will assume and expand Gráfica's existing CRM capabilities by adding advanced database techniques that will allow clients to gather intelligence about their customers through automated "touchpoints," such as permission-email marketing, inbound telemarketing, customer-service inquiries, sales integration, and Web-site activity. Based on the data collected from those touchpoints, Gráfica.eCRM Corp. will provide one-to-one marketing and advertising solutions designed to build brand equity, instill customer loyalty, and drive long-term sales and profitability.
